Meal Prep is a top-notch healthy lifestyle habit to adopt.
Many people think of meal prep as an ideal feat that carries far too much commitment. The trick is that even if you only meal prep a couple of days worth of food, that frees up a lot of your time.
If you take an hour or two on a Sunday night to prep a breakfast or a lunch or both, you will be thanking past-you for being so smart, I promise!

I have been meal prepping for many years and I’ve made hundreds of different dishes. Here, I will share with you my creations and meal preps I’ve been concocting recently.
Since I have kids, most of my meal preps are kid-friendly, but I also make more adult-centered (and often spicy!) meals as well.
