Meal Prep is a top-notch healthy lifestyle habit to adopt.
Many people think of meal prep as an ideal feat that carries far too much commitment. The trick is that even if you only meal prep a couple of days worth of food, that frees up a lot of your time.
If you take an hour or two on a Sunday night to prep a breakfast or a lunch or both, you will be thanking past-you for being so smart, I promise!
Not only will you save yourself a ton of time, but you will also add variety. You will be able to control the food choices you make better because you already created a healthy, well-rounded meal.
No more grabbing random leftovers or getting take out for lunch.
You will save time and money and your waistline and health will thank you.

Check back often for new recipes! I love variety and will be adding many types of cuisines. Everything from Korean to Classic American. There’s something here for everyone.
