I have been meal prepping for many years and I’ve made hundreds of different dishes. Here, I will share with you my creations and meal preps I’ve been concocting recently.
Since I have kids, most of my meal preps are kid-friendly, but I also make more adult-centered (and often spicy!) meals as well.

I was a super late convert to the Instant Pot phenomenon. I read review after review but didn’t really buy into the hype until I started reading about how it could cook grains, it could saute, it could make “baked” potatoes, pasta, and even steam veggies.
Light-bulb moment — this could be epic for my meal prepping routine.
