Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin
Moist and delicious and made quickly in the Instant Pot
Keyword healthy, high protein, instant pot, meal prep, pork - 2 pork tenderloins 2-4lbs
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- desired seasoning mix
- 1 cup broth
- Can add other liquid seasonings such as balsamic vinegar Worcestershire sauce, honey, sriracha or whatever will match well with your seasonings
Rub tenderloins with garlic, salt and pepper and desired seasonings
Add liquids to the bottom of the Instant Pot
Place tenderloins inside and lock lid
Set to Manual, High Pressure for 8 minutes
Perform quick release and allow meat to rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving
