Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins 2-4lbs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • desired seasoning mix
  • 1 cup broth
  • Can add other liquid seasonings such as balsamic vinegar Worcestershire sauce, honey, sriracha or whatever will match well with your seasonings

Instructions

  • Rub tenderloins with garlic, salt and pepper and desired seasonings
  • Add liquids to the bottom of the Instant Pot
  • Place tenderloins inside and lock lid
  • Set to Manual, High Pressure for 8 minutes
  • Perform quick release and allow meat to rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving
