Sliced Meat in the Instant Pot (for pitas, rice bowls, sandwiches)​

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb top sirloin roast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste if needed
  • 1/3 cup desired seasoning mix
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 cup broth

Instructions

  • Spread oil over roast and season with minced garlic and desired seasoning mixture (I’ve had really good success with this shawarma seasoning)
  • Put liquid and garlic in Instant Pot and place trivet inside
  • Place roast on top of trivet
  • Lock lid, set to Manual, High Pressure for 30 minutes
