Ingredients

  • 2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/3 cup water or chicken broth more or less depending on amount of chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • seasonings to taste

Instructions

  • Add liquid, chicken and seasonings to pot
  • Lock lid and set to Manual, High Pressure for 5 minutes
  • Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release
  • Shred with forks

Notes

If you want to make a variety of seasoning types, just leave out the seasoning until you shred your chicken. Just separate into portions to season individually as desired. It is best to add the seasonings when the chicken is warm and moist.
