Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas rinsed
  • 1/4 cup honey or real maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice or a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips dairy-free, if desired

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to processor or blender, except chocolate chips, and process until smooth
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Enjoy!

Save in fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
