Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 large bananas mashed
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups pitted cherries
  • 1 cup almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish set aside
  • Mash bananas in a mixing bowl and add in all of your other ingredients, stir until combined
  • Pour your oatmeal mix into your baking dish and top with cherries and almonds, spacing them out as desired
  • Bake for 20-35 minutes, or until cooked through
  • Cool before cutting and storing in the fridge 

Notes

Optional protein drizzle: Mix 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder and a pinch of cinnamon with 1/3 cup of greek yogurt and enough almond milk to thin. Drizzle on top.
