I’m a certified personal trainer and mom of four rascals. I’ve studied sport and exercise nutrition with Percision Nutrition. I love to EAT and LIFT things.
Like you, I’m tired of being told how to look, how to dress, how to act, and how to smile, how to blend in.
I want a GENUINE life with REAL and HONEST relationships and experiences.
Damn, that’s not an easy thing to accomplish!
I hope you’ll join me in finding out the ways in which we can LIFT EACH OTHER UP and become more real with ourselves about how we want to live and spend our days.

Exercise, especially lifting weights, has helped me manage anxiety and depression. It has allowed me to focus on goals that make me feel strong and empowered in times where my life felt out of control and I was lost.
I’ve done a lot of trial and error, I’ve lost weight, regained some of it, and lost it again.
I have taken things too far and paid the price with my health. I’ve learned so much.
I am constantly looking for ways to get the best results and save myself precious time.
And I’m absolutely obsessive over research and personal experimentation.
